Fort Klock Restoration

Built by Johannes Klock, the son of Palatine German immigrants, Fort Klock is a stone home constructed around 1750 and fortified during the colonial and Revolutionary Wars. The Battle of Klock’s Field occurred just west of the site in 1780. Today, Fort Klock is a National Historic Landmark and restored colonial home.

July 5–Labor Day: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
After Labor Day–Columbus Day: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Days not open: By appointment.
