Green Mountain Boys Day: 250th Anniversary of the First Victory of the Revolution

In commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the first American offensive victory of the Revolutionary War, the Green Mountain Boys taking of Fort Ticonderoga, on May 10, 1775, the Ethan Allen Homestead Museum is offering free admission to Vermont residents on May 10, 2025. Take a tour of the reconstructed frontier home of Green Mountain Boy leader Ethan Allen on his Burlington farm, view our new exhibit “Voices of the Revolution: War on the Northern Frontier” and celebrate Green Mountain Boys Day with us!
